鎧裝熱電偶電纜的型號、代號及分度號可參閱"鎧裝熱電偶選型",鎧裝熱電偶電纜結(jié)構尺寸如圖1所示,它的外徑(D)及公差、保護管名義壁厚(S)和偶絲名義直徑(C)以及絕緣層厚度(t)應符合表1規(guī)定。

鎧裝熱電偶的測量端有露端型、接殼型、絕緣型及分離式絕緣型等四種,它們的特點見表2.另外,為滿足特殊場合的需要,還有圓變截面型、扁變截面型(圖2)。在通常情況下多采用絕緣型,只有在要求高速響應或處于非腐蝕性氣體中才用露端型。鎧裝熱電偶還有多點結(jié)構,如圖3所示
